Returns & Refunds

(This policy only applies to products purchased on www.NexxNorthAmerica.com)

Return for Warranty:

If you feel that you have received a defective product, please contact us by e-mail.  We may send replacement parts at no charge, or we may request that you return your product for inspection and determination.  If a product appears to be defective, we will send you a label for free return shipping.  Any item deemed to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.  See our Warranty page under INFO - PRODUCT SUPPORT.

Return for Refund:
If dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging, with protective over box.
  • Accompanied receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Pre-Authorized by e-mail request.
  • Box clearly marked with our Return Authorization number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  See our return address below.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs when returning an item for refund.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition and in original packaging.
  • Any item damaged or missing parts for reasons out of our control.

Refund Time Frame:
Once your return is received, it will be inspected and a refund will be approved or denied.  You will be notified by e-mail when a determination has been made.

Please allow 14 days from our receipt of your return for this determination and/or refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

There is often 1-2 days of processing time before an issued refund is posted to your credit card or bank account.

Closeout Items:
We reserve the right to refuse returns on Closeout Items purchased more than 30 days ago.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.  We can not issue credit for items that we don't receive.
